Name the type of joint between Atlas/ axis.

Atlas is the first cervical vertebrae and Axis is the second cervical vertebrae. Axis have a process called Odontoid process over which atlas rotates. The joint between the atlas and axis is called Pivot joint. It allows the head to turn from side to side.
