Solution
Weather elements measured and precaution taken while fixing following instructions.
1) Rain gauge- Rain fall is measured by rain gauge. The raingauge should be on the ground, not stuck on a fence post and the top should be level. Round gauges are better than wedge shaped gauges and the larger the diameter of the gauge, the more accurate it will be. The standard rain gauge is 203 mm in diameter
2) Wind vane-A wind vane, also called a weather vane is a tool for measuring wind direction and was probably one of the first weather instruments ever used. When you are using a hand-held device to measure either wind direction or wind speed, make sure you are not standing between the device and the direction from which the wind is blowing. Wind gets funnelled between buildings and hedges and deflected when it flows around and over buildings and other obstacles.
