The two changes involve in the making of plaster of paris are given below :
  • Chemical change
  • Irreversible change
When water is mixed with plaster of paris it sets into hard mass due to formation of new compound. This is chemical change and new solid compound cannot be convert back into plaster of paris. So it is irreversible change.
