Solution

Dear student,

The two main monsoon winds are the northeast monsoon and the southwest monsoon. The south-west monsoon, known as summer monsoon blows from sea to land. It carries heavy moisture after crossing the Indian Ocean, the Arabian Sea, and the Bay of Bengal. These moisure laden winds brings most of the rainfall during a year in the country.
