Volume of the solid = Volume of cuboid + Volume of cube

Given: Dimensions for cuboid
Length = 1 inch
Width = 2 inches
Height = 3 inches

Volume of cuboid:
= Length × Width × Height
= 1 × 2 × 3
= 6 cubic inches

Volume of cube
= Length × Width × Height

For cube: length = width = height

Volume of cube (with length 3 inch)
= 3 × 3 × 3

Total volume = 6 + 27
