HCl is strong acid so it dissociates completely to give [H+] ions whose concentration is 103M.
As we know pH=log([H+])=3
NaOH is strong base so it dissociates completely to give [OH] ions whose concentration is 103M.
As we know pOH=log([OH])=3
We also know that pH+pOH=14 so pH=11
NaCl is salt os strong acid and strong base so it is neutral in nature so its pH=7.
