red ribbon$=1\frac{1}{2}m=\frac{3}{2}m$

yellow ribbon$=\frac{3}{4}m$

white ribbon$=1m$

$\therefore$ Total of ribbon$=\frac{3}{2}+\frac{3}{4}+1$

$=\frac{6+3+4}{4}$

$=\frac{13}{4}$

$=3\frac{1}{4}$m.
