Niharika took two angles- 1300 and 500 and tried to check whether they form a linear pair. She made the following picture. Can we say that these two angles do not form a linear pair ? If not , what is Niharika's mistake ?

A linear pair is a pair of adjacent, supplementary angles. Adjacent means next to each other, and Supplementary means that the measures of the two angles add up to equal 180.

In the given figure, angles are not adjacent to each other means they don’t have any common arm.

So, we can say that given angles do not form a linear pair.
