Total Cost Price $=\sum (Amount\times Pricerate)$

$=30\times 4.75+40\times 4.25$

$=142.5+170=312.5Rs$

Total Selling Price of mixture = Total amount of mixture $\times$ rate of mixture

$=(30+40)\times 4.45=311.5Rs$

Here, Selling Price < Cost Price.

So, $Loss=CostPrice-SellingPrice=312.5-311.5=1Rs$
