Let

Nitya have marbles =$x$

Satya have marbles =$y$

As per question

$\begin{array}{c}x+1=y-1.....\left(i\right)\\ \Rightarrow x-y=-2\\ y+1=2\left(x-1\right)......\left(ii\right)\\ \Rightarrow 2x-y=3\end{array}$

Solving equation (i) $ (ii)

$\begin{array}{c}x-y=-2\\ 2x-y=3\\ -x+0=-5\\ x=5\\ \&\\ y=x+2\\ y=7\end{array}$

Nitya and satya have $5$ &$7$ marbles respectively.
