The correct option is A 157.5 cm
$[0.9 \times N_{x}, 1.1 \times N_{x} = [0.9 \times N_{B}, 1.1 \times N_{B}]$

$= [162.63, 198.77]$

$Where 0.9 N_{x} : 10 % lesser value$

$1.1 N_{x} : 10 % higher value$

All other normal rainfall values lies within the range. So by using simple mean method,

$P at B = \frac{160.0 + 155.0}{2} = 157.5 c m$
