The correct option is C 17
For any number to be divisible by 5 the units digit should be either 0 or 5
Now (i) If the units digit is 5 then total possible numbers are 8 (as 0 can't be on tens place for a 2 digit number)
(ii)If the units digit is 0 then possible numbers are 9
using addition principle, total possible numbers are 8+9=17
