Solution

The correct option is C Four
India has four main breeds of Camel, these are Bikaneri, Jaiselmeri, Kachchhi and Mewari. The Bikaneri breed is well known for the draught potential whereas the Jaisalmeri breed is known for race potential and long distance travel. The Mewari breed is known for the production of milk and is adapted to hilly terrains of the Mewar area in Rajasthan. The kachcchi breed has a medium level of production and draught capabilities and is adapted to marshy land of the Rann of Kutch in Gujarat state. Hence, option C is correct.
