Condition of common root in
(ca1ac1)2=(bc1cb1)(ab1ba1)
((k+2)(3k))2=(k(3k)(k+2)(1k))((1k).(1)k))
(2k1)2=0
k=12

But after putting k, we get same equation, so there can not be exactly one common root.
