Let x be amount borrowed

According to question:

$19550=\frac{x\times 4\times 3}{100}+\frac{x\times 8\times 2}{100}+\frac{x\times 9\times 2}{100}$

$\Rightarrow 12x+16x+18x=19550\times 100$

$\Rightarrow 46x=19550\times 100$

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{19550\times 100}{46}$

$=42500$
