Since $∠ B O D = 160^{o}$
$∠ x = \frac{1}{2} (∠ B O D)$ ....Property
$∴$ $∠ x = \frac{1}{2} \times {! 60}^{o}$
$∴$ $∠ x = 80^{o}$
$∴$ $∠ x + ∠ y = 180^{o}$ .... Property of cyclic quadrilateral
$∠ y = 180^{o} - 80^{o}$
$∠ y = 100^{o}$
