Question

object with same volume but different mass have different density
give an example to prove the above statement

Open in App
Solution

Density = massVolumeNow you take the volume of the object A and B as 1 cm3. The mass of A and B as100 g and 200 g.So the density isDensity A = 1001 = 100 g/cm3Density B = 2001 = 200 g/cm3This shows that density of differnt mas with same volume is different.Ex., Though the volume of wood and steel are same (if considered), steel is more denser than wood.
