Jar C will be the highest amount of $C O_{2}$ . There are mice in jar C. They breathe out carbon dioxide. So, $C O_{2}$ will increase in Jar C. But in case of Jar A, $C O_{2}$ already present in the air will be consumed by the plant because plants do photosynthesis. In the case of Jar B, the amount of $C O_{2}$ would not vary that much because the amount of $C O_{2}$ consumed by the plant would be released by mice.
