Solution

a) The loss of chlorophyll in leaves due to various factors is known as chlorosis. It is caused due to the deficiency in certain pigments, poor drainage into the soil, pH and many other. The leaves turn yellow as there's no chlorophyll and significantly lose the ability to perform photosynthesis.

b) The premature cause of death in tissue cells is known as Necrosis. It is caused due to toxication, or injuries the leads to mass digestion of cells. It causes black spots in the leaves s the tissue present there is dead.
