C x-axis = Substrate concentration, y-axis = Enzymatic activity
D x-axis = Temperature, y-axis = Enzyme activity
X - axis represents temperature, the enzyme activity is plotted on the Y-axis. The enzyme activity increase with increase in temperature upto a certain value . Beyond that value (optimum temperature) any increase in temperature leads to denaturation of the enzyme, resulting in a drop. Similarly, as the substrate concentration increases beyond a certain value, leads to saturation of the enzyme molecules leading to drop in enzyme activity beyond the optimum value.
So, the correct answer is 'C and D'
