X - axis represents temperature, the enzyme activity is plotted on the Y-axis. The enzyme activity increase with increase in temperature upto a certain value . Similarly, as the substrate concentration increases beyond a certain value, leads to saturation of the enzyme molecules leading to drop in enzyme activity beyond the optimum value.
