(a) Yeast is introduced into the sugar solution and yeast ferments the sugar. Yeast causes fermentation converting sugar into alcohol and carbon dioxide.
(b) The gas released from A through the pipeline is carbon dioxide.
(c) The carbon dioxide moving towards lime water in the test tube B can turn lime water milky.
