Volume of water taken in each vessel is as shown. Arrange them in the order of decreasing pressure at the base of each vessel. Explain.

If you take a look at the heights of the liquids in each vessel, you can see that,
the height of liquid in D> height of liquid in B> height of liquid in A> height of liquid in C.
Therefore, in order of decreasing pressure at the base of each vessel, the arrangement would be D>B>A>C. That is because the pressure of a liquid column depends on the height of the liquid column and not on the volume of the liquid.
