Obtain the equivalent capacitance of the network in given figure. For a $300V$ supply, determine the charge across capacitor $C_4$.

Assuming wire is joined at the point between $C_4$ and $C_2$.

Since $C_4$ has the same potential on both the sides, hence no charge will flow through it.

Now for $C_{eq}$:

$C_{2}and{C}_3$ are in series which is in parallel to $C_1$

Hence $C_{eq}=\frac{C_2\times C_3}{C_2+C_3}+C_1$

$C_{eq}=\frac{200\times 200}{200+200}+100pF$

$C_{eq}=100+100pF$

$C_{eq}=200pF$
