The World Bank Group comprises five constituent institutions:
1. The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD),
2. The International Development Association (IDA),
3. The International Finance Corporation (IFC),
4. The Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA), and
5. The International Centre for Settlement .
The International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) settles investment-disputes between investors and countries. India is not a member of International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
