The correct option is B Nitric oxide
Accordingly to the structure given above, three electron bond can only be present in either Nitric Oxide or Nitrogen Dioxide. But it is a fact that Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) exist in dimeric form with one NN bond whereas NO exist in monomeric form.
So, Nitric Oxide has one 3-electron bond in i's structure.

Hence, Option "B" is the correct answer.
