$Balance=x-\frac{x}{5}=\frac{4x}{5}$
Transportation = 5% of
$\frac{4x}{5}=\frac{5}{100}\times \frac{4x}{5}=\frac{x}{25}$

$Balance=\frac{4x}{5}-\frac{x}{25}=\frac{19x}{25}$

$\therefore \frac{19x}{25}=1520\Rightarrow x=\frac{1520\times 25}{19}=2000$
