Number of apples she bought = x
Number of apples that were rotten = 4

Remaining number of apples = number of apples she bought - number of apples that were rotten
=x4

Fraction of apple given to daughter
=13

Number of apples given to Olivia's daughter =reamining number of Apples ×fraction of apples given to daughter
=(x4)×13
=x - 43

Hence, x - 43 apples has been given to Olivia's daughter.
