Given information:
Initial volume of the balloon V1=2 L
Initial temperature of the balloon T1=(23.4+273)=296.4 K
Final temperature of the balloon T2=(26.1+273)=299.1 K
Final volume of the balloon V2=?
From Charle's law, V1T1=V2T2 at constant pressure.

V2=V1T2/T1=2×299.1296.4=2.018 L
