Solution

  1. Shadow is formed when any opaque surface comes in between screen and source of light i.e. sunlight
  2. To form shadow distance between object and scrren should be minimum.
  3. A bird or an aeroplane flying high in the sky does not cast its shadow on the ground because they are so high.
  4. They can cast shadows only if they are at less height i.e distance between ground and bird or aeroplane is small.
