$T=2\pi \sqrt{\frac{m}{K}}$

$X=\frac{mg}{K}$ or $K=\frac{mg}{X}$

$=\frac{0.1\times 10}{4\times {10}^{-2}}=25N/m$

$T=2\pi \sqrt{\frac{m}{K}}=2\pi \sqrt{\frac{\text{/}250\times {10}^{-3}}{\text{/}25}}=\frac{2\pi }{10}=\frac{\pi }{5}$
