On Earth, acceleration due to gravity is given by:
g=GMR2
where,
G : Gravitational constant
M: Mass of Earth
R: Radius of Earth
Hence, acceleration due to gravity is independent of mass of body, same for all bodies on Earth. Therefore, both the stones will reach the ground simultaneously.
