The correct option is B Haber's process
On large scale ammonia is manufactured by haber's process.
In Haber process N2(g) and H2(g) are reacted at a high temperature of 723 K and 20265 kPa pressure in presence of iron-bed catalysts Fe3O4 mixed with K2O,SiO2, and Al2O3 to produce NH3(g). It is an exothermic process which takes place in accordance with Le Chatelier’s principle.
N2(g)+3H2(g)Δ⇌2NH3(g)
