The correct option is B 3%

Mass of alcohol =15×0.792=11.88 g

Mass of water =15×1=15 g

Total mass =11.88+15=26.88 g

Volume of solution =mass of componentsdensity of solution

=26.880.924=29.0909 mL

Expected volume =(15+15)=30 mL

Difference =3029.0909=0.909 mL

% Concentration in volume = differenceexpected volume×100

=0.90930×100

=3.03%
