Graph I indicate value of viral antigen in the blood which is lowered down after administration of anti-HIV antibodies in blood (graph III). Once anti-HIV antibodies level lowered down in blood, antigen level began to increase as is indicated by graph I. Body's immune system respond to the presence of HIV antigen in blood by increasing CD4 cells. HIV antigen attacks CD4 cells and thereby weakens the immunity of affected person.
