Solution
Equilibrium constants aren't changed if you change the concentrations of things present in the equilibrium but change with a change in temperature.
The equilibrium position changes itself when equilibrium is subjected to a change.
Le Chatelier's principle : According to Le Chatelier's principle, the position of equilibrium shifts in such a way as to counteract the effect of change. For example,
Change in pressure: Equilibrium constants do not change if you change the pressure of the system but the position of equilibrium may be changed if you change the pressure, according to Le-Chatelier's principle. The position of equilibrium shifts in that direction that tends to undo the change that you have made.
Change in temperature changes both equilibrium constant and equilibrium position.
Catalyst: Addition of catalyst neither changes equilibrium position nor equilibrium constant.
