The resistance of a conductor depends upon the resistivity, length and cross-sectional area of the conductor which is given by the relation $(R=\rho \frac{l}{A})$. It does also depend on other physical factors like temperature etc. Its SI unit is Ohm $\left(\Omega \right)$.
