Solution

The correct option is B I, III and V
An allergic reaction can be initiated in a person if he comes in contact with an allergen. Allergens are foreign substances (animal dander, pollen grains, dust mites etc.) that are capable of provoking allergic reactions in a few people. The same substances may be mostly harmless to other people.

Symptoms of allergic reactions can be visible in a variety of ways. If the allergen is inhaled, it would lead to sneezing, watery eyes, running nose and difficulty in breathing.

In some people, direct contact of allergen with the skin can result in rashes, itching and other sorts of skin irritations.

In severe cases, it can result in the death of the individuals. So symptoms I, III and V are correct regarding allergies.

Allergic reactions do not cause backache or fractures. Fractures are usually caused due to accidents and backache can result due to a variety of reasons like injury, certain activities like lifting heavy things and also due to certain medical conditions.

Hence, symptoms II and IV are not related to allergy.
