Solution

The correct option is A BPL card
The people in rural areas whose monthly income is less than Rs.816 will come under Below Poverty Line(BPL). With this very less income, people cannot fulfil their basic necessities to live. So, the government brings schemes for helping the poor and identifies the people who are living below the poverty line. The local governments must help the central and state governments to execute the scheme. The Gram Sabha finalises the list of people who are below the poverty line in the village. The people who are finalised in the list are given a BPL card so that they can avail the government schemes.
