During his excursion, he noted the four places Temple, TV tower, Mall and School, then he tried to locate all the places using graph sheet by taking his position at origin. He marked A, B, C and D for school, TV Tower, Temple and Mall respectively on the graph sheet by taking scale as 1 Unit = 1 km as shown below.

Find the co-ordinates of C.

The correct option is D (6, 7)

To find the coordinates of any point on the graph, we measure its horizontal distance from the origin as the x coordinate and vertical distance from the origin as they coordinate, denoted as (x, y).
To get the coordinates of C, it is 6 units far horizontally and 7 units far vertically from the origin.
Hence the coordinates are (6, 7).
