Rate of heat transfer is Q/t=K×(πr2)×ΔT/L=235×π×4×104×(200)/2.35=0.8πJs1
Latent heat of fusion is 336×103J/kg
So rate of melting of ice is 0.8π/336×103 kg.s1=2.38π×106kg.s1
