The farmer using fertiliser will get better yield because fertiliser are rich in particular plant nutrient which the plant is deficient in but fertilizer causes various type of pollution. Whereas compost manure are less rich in plant nutrients.

The technique of the farmer who used fertiliser is harmful to the field in a long run due to the presence of chemicals which adversly affect the soil.
