Given,

The water in first liquid $= 22.5 %$

The water in second liquid $= 27 %$

as, $5$ parts of first liquid and $7$ parts os second liquid are mixed.

So, new percentage of water in liquid will be

$= \frac{(22.5 % \times 5) + (27 % \times 7)}{5 + 7} \times 100$

$= 25.125 % = 25 \frac{1}{8} %$
