Solution

The correct option is A 450 K
Given P1=1 atm P2=0.75 atm,V1=1 L V2=1 L
m1=2 g m2=1 g T1=300 K T2=?
R=0.082 L

According to Ideal gas law,

PV=nRT

Where n=mM (where m= mass & M= molar mass)

So, P1V1=m1MRT1

M=m1RT1P1V1=2×0.082×3001×1=49.2 g/mol

T2=P2V2Mm2R=0.75×1×49.21×0.082=36.90.082

=450 K

Hence, option A is correct.
