The correct option is B 3 %
3 L solution contains 4% of sugar
Volume of sugar = 3×4100=0.12 L
Volume of Water in 3 L solution =30.12=2.88
After adding 1 L of water total amount of water =1+2.88=3.88
New % of sugar =0.123.88×100=3.09% which is approximately 3%.
