Solution

We know that, 1 million =1000000, which has 6 zeroes.

Also, according to the Indian System of Numeration
1 lakh = 1,00,000 which has 5 zeroes.

Therefore, 10 times of one lakh will have the same number of zeroes as 1 million.

So, 1 million = 10 lakhs = 10,00,000.
