The correct option is B 109.2J
In a polytropic process heat absorbed:
Q=CvΔT+V2V1PdV=Rγ1ΔT+P2V2P1V1η1=Rγ1ΔT+RΔT1η....(1)
where η is the polytropic coefficient

For Argon: γ=2+ff=2+33=53 where f is the no. of degrees of freedom

Given η=1.5
ΔT=26 since temp decreases

Substituting the values in eqn(1) we get,
ΔQ=8.4531(26)+8.411.5×(26)=(8.4×26)(32+2)=109.2J
