Solution

Let the binary acid be H2X , valency of x=2
H2X+basesalt of X +H2O
when base is M(OH)
So, here the valency of M is 1
M2X is the formula of salt.
When base is M(OH)2
Valency of M is 2
MX is the formula of salt
When base is M(OH)3
Valency of M is 3
M2X3 is the formula of the salt
