The correct option is D -2, -8
Let the numbers be a and b
As per the given statement form a first equation as,
a=2b+14 ------------ (1)
Second equation as,
3a3b=18 ------------ (2)
Multiplying equation 1 and by 3 and then subtract the equation
3a6b=42
3a3b=18

3b=24
b=8
Put the value of b in equation (1)
a=2(8)+14
a=16+14
a=2
Therefore, the numbers are -2, -8
