It is given that one of the two box plots is asymmetrical. We can observe that Data 2 is symmetrical as the central line at the midpoint and top and bottom whiskers are the same. The central line of Data 1 is closer to the top whisker. Hence, it is left-skewed. So, moving the central line from 70 to 65 makes Data 1 symmetrical.
