Also given one of them is sure. $\Rightarrow p_1+p_2=1$ (i)
and $p_1=\frac{2}{3}{p}_2$ (ii). Solving these equations we get $p_1=\frac{2}{5},p_2=\frac{3}{5}$
Hence odds in favor of one with the other is $2:3$
